  Today is the Tenth day I remember. Tomorrow I am going to attend a interview in a MNC company.  You may ask me what I did all these days without even posting an article. I am all busy with this interview preparation. I know that I should selected in this Interview, because I believe it

  You know one thing, anyone you just believe it, it just follows you. It’s my belief.

past is past

Hai Oops !

 Today is the third day. That means there are only 363 days(366-3) to become a multi milliner. You know one thing my aim is not to get become a multi milliner but in the way of getting my dreams into real ,this money is one of the incentive that’s it. Today I am going to attend the interview at the nearby town for the job of manager post in the e-seva department. May be the result will in the next posting.

  AFTER THIS SECOND THE FUTURE IS TURNING INTO THE PRESENT AND THE PRESENT IS TURNING INTO THE PAST, WHY ARE YOU WORRYING ABOUT ???  But the Past is past .It leaves only memories, we must learn from these past experiences in the Present and stepping into the Future. This is the intelligent person Strategy. I can experience it right now.

So don’t waste time in the present in thinking about the past as a result we may lose our future. After my entrance into the Chartered Accountancy course for every month I prepared a timetable to follow to complete to the syllabus in CA-PCC. First two days I am very busy with my study schedule after that ,as usual no studies, no timetable because of so many silly reasons but mainly due to lack of proper strategy. And now I feeling that I truly wasted the time .Is there any benefit with such a feeling about the past which is already passed

Weakness of peoples

Today I met two people preferably for whom I don’t know. Among these two persons one is my friend’s college Sitaratnam. His age was 40+ and mentality was a childish mentality.Of-course he was in the good dealing position but I never consider such a person as good person. And the second person was distance relative Padmakar who is two years younger to me and also in a good position and drive the salary of thirty thousand rupees per month. He came to my house and meets me to give a chance to help my family by giving the job. But I smoothly rejected his offer. The reason for that I will tell in this posting itself only..Ok!

 Coming to the Sitaratnam, he is a manager in a auditor office in which my friends working right now. He has two families, among them one is illegal and of course it’s none of our business. As He is looking younger than his age, he also tries for the girls even from the schooling age.  Today I met him accidentally when I was gone for my friends office to meet him, this Sitaratnam was in a chanting with a girl in cell phone very loudly.(I heard that he feels ,the affairs with girls make him very talented) After sometime a girl arrived to that office to join her duties. That girl seems to poor and this is the second of her office life that means she joined yesterday only. My friend told me about her story. She is from a poor family she is only person in her family that her father died recently. She met this Sitaratnam for applying to a job. This greedy man shamelessly uses this opportunity also, and of course she is her personal problem. But I am very sad about her, and how hungry made mistakes by us. But God must be there one day that Sitaratnam must be punished.

According to second person (Padmakar) profile, as he seems to be a good person, he is not such good personality. His father is cousin to my mother and small land litigation is between our families. Actually this land property is gifted to my mother during her marriage. At that time it has a little value and nobody will bother about that. But recently, due to real-estate boom the value to that land suddenly grown to fifty times more than its value. But our family is not aware of that news, at that time my uncle (Padmakar father) came to my mother to ask that he wants to purchase that land for a value at twenty years back. But my mother just doesn’t want to sale that land as it is a sentiment to her. But he tried to force us to sale that land. This make me know about value of that land and reveals that the value of land is very large. But unfortunately the legal documents of that land are not with us. This makes the opponent very strong and filed a petition in the court by appealing that he is real owner of that land. You know one thing In India court case takes most time and may in that mean time this boom may be down. So my uncle makes bartering with us. This Padmakar is one of that barter-ship. Now tell me is it right that I refused his offer or not.

 I decided only one thing that I want to fight against evil in this society, just I want get remove all the evil ideas from the people and make my country rich.

Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting.

Learning from experience

Hai friends!

  Everyone on this online must search with a particular purpose. So you also came to my Blog to know somewhat new knowledge. You know one thing behind the every successful person there is only one experience but behind the failed person so many experiences are there.

  I will explain you with an example, if a bus reaches its destination, it was the result of all persons (includes non living things) will perform their duties perfectly. In other words if any person which is relating to the bus was not working, definitely that bus doesn’t reached its destination in time. Here reaching of destination is the successful person s experience and the not reaching is the failure’s story. May be everybody wants to know the successful man story; the failure’s story has much valuable cream which is more useful for an upcoming personality like you.

 During my Articleship of my CA course during 2008 I have so many colleagues. Among them five members are articleship students like me. I learned so much about this world from them because they are from different place and different backgrounds with different attitudes and different aptitudes. From them I know that this society is mixing of different types of people. Here I would like to about the rare personality. His name is Suresh. I never met such type of person ever before or after. He is such a different personality. He never wastes money even for his own sake. But wasted 32 thousand rupees in the shares. Thought it was a small amount it was very big one when we were studying. In the beginning he tried to make joking on me and others. We don’t bother that, but he allows us to joking on him. This makes me very angry about him. One day when I was in my work in office he joked on me and immediately I replied to him “you are a pessimist, you don’t have courage to face a failure. You don’t even tolerate a joke from your friends, so don’t make fun on others. I think it’s very preferable for you”

Then onwards he never make in my office.

  From this incident I learn that we have to courage to face the failure, and then only you can able to get the success
